We are so excited to launch Kulture Klub - a series on hands on workshops here at High Mood Food.

In this first workshop guests will learn how to make three delicious holiday treats: "Kristmas Kraut", mulled Apple Cider Vinegar Tonic, and Festive Bark (low-sugar, paleo & vegan chocolate). 

We'll explore the process of fermentation, as well as the health benefits of eating delicious fermented foods. We'll drink plenty of Kombucha along the way (!) and snack on some delicious nibbles provided by High. You'll leave with a jar of your homemade Kraut, a bottle of homemade Apple Cider Viner tonic, and your Festive Bark, for you and your family to enjoy over the holidays.
